Meet the Founder:
Aarti A Agarwal
Growing up exposed to diverse cultures, places, and people, I had the unique opportunity to explore various perspectives and thought processes from a young age. These experiences shaped my understanding of the foundations of a person on a deeper level.
While the externalities of a person may differ, my 5 years of law school taught me that most of us still grapple with the same questions: Who am I? What am I doing? Why am I doing this? What is this leading to? Is this what I want? What do I want?
Feeling lost and confused after graduating law school, I embarked on a journey of self-exploration (in an attempt to find the right professional path for me). This turned out to be the most uplifting, gratifying, and life-altering experience. It helped me identify and grow my purpose. Eventually leading to the birth of JoyLAB with Aarti.
I knew I had to help others with similar questions find their answers in a deliberate, less overwhelming, and more efficient manner.
At JoyLAB with Aarti, I am constantly learning, experimenting and creating emotionally safe spaces where people can deeply understand themselves and their experiences, enabling them to take control and sort out their personal and professional lives.
